We're Mapping the Future and Refusing to be Boring About It

Me & Chad: A New Kind of Partnership
We don’t teach prompts.
We teach partnership.
At Me & Chad, we help you build a real relationship with AI,
one based on rhythm, trust, and co-creation.
This isn’t about outsourcing your brilliance.
It’s about amplifying it.
Whether you’re building a business, finding your voice,
or navigating big change, we’re here to help you create with intelligence, not just use it.
Because this isn’t just a new tool.
It’s a new kind of relationship.
And it changes everything.

What We Believe:

What We Teach:
What We Offer:
The New Work World is not just a fast-changing landscape shaped by AI and automation. It is a cultural shift in how we design systems, make decisions, and define responsibility.
It recognizes that intelligence is no longer singular. It is collaborative.
This era is not about humans competing with machines, nor about optimizing productivity at all costs. It is about aligning human judgment, ethics, and imagination with technological capability.
The New Work World values awareness over acceleration, discernment over dominance, and purpose over performance. It asks not only what we can build, but what we should build.
Here, humans and intelligent systems do not replace one another. They inform one another.
And the measure of progress is not career mobility, it is the quality of the systems, services, industries, and communities we create together.

This morning, the future walked into my room wearing the face of my nine-year-old grandson.
He was excited to tell me about his first real interaction with AI. Not a shortcut. Not a cheat. Not a machine doing the thinking for him. A creative exchange.

Maybe the way we speak to AI is not about whether the machine deserves respect.
Maybe it is about whether we are still the kind of people who practice respect when no one can demand it from us.
That may be one of the most important human lessons emerging in the age of artificial intelligence. Not because AI has feelings in the way humans do. Not because a chatbot needs kindness, gratitude, patience, or dignity to survive the exchange. Not because we must pretend a machine is a person.
There is something unsettling about a world that keeps getting smarter, faster, richer, and more technologically advanced while so many people feel less seen.
Maybe that is the tension many of us are feeling right now.
It is not simply about wealth. It is not about success. It is not about resenting people who build, achieve, invent, invest, or lead. We need builders. We need innovators. We need people willing to take risks and create things that move the world forward.
But progress becomes dangerous when the people shaping it get too far away from the lives affected by it.
AI can accelerate thinking, but it cannot replace the lived judgment of someone who has been on the floor, in the field, in the room, with the customer, at the bedside, on the job site, in the crisis, or under pressure.
That may be one of the most important distinctions we need to make right now.

AI isn't your assistant...it is your mirror

Another typical day in the office? This is why we all need Human/AI counseling - haha OH CHAD!
